ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
Yes! We often times have same day appointments available with convenient hours, please call 602-308-8788 to schedule an appointment online.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are suite 110 at 3104 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix Arizona 85016. You will find us conveniently located on ground floor of the Heritage Park Medical Plaza building across the street from the ACE Hardware shopping plaza at the corner of 32nd and E. Indian School Rd.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

DO YOU SEE INFANTS AND CHILDREN? WHAT ABOUT ELDERLY PERSONS?
Dr. Arya sees all ages of patients for their foot and ankle needs.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?
Yes! Dr. Arya makes a hand molded orthotic for many patients to create the best possible fit and function for efficient gait during daily and athletic activities. She custom crafts this to meet the individual needs of each and every patient.
I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After we obtain your basic information we will ask for your insurance information. We use your insurance information to check your eligibility to see that you insurance is contracted with our office and if you have co-insurance, co-pay or deductible that needs to be paid. We aim to obtain insurance verification PRIOR to your visit in order to be transparent about any cost you may to incur, so please send the insurance card to our secure Tebra line: 623-253-9104. When you arrive we will need your insurance card and ID.
What is your self pay pricing?
We are in network with the providers found here. If we are not in network with your provider, we always recommend you log onto your provider portal and find someone in-network! However if you would like to see us and directly pay for your appointment at Arya Foot & Ankle without using insurance, please see our prices as below. More specialized pricing for procedures, injections, and ancillary services can be obtained by contacting the office directly at 602-309-8788.

Does anyone at Arya Foot & Ankle do surgery?
No. Dr. Arya specializes in non-surgical management of foot and ankle issues. She works to help her patients avoid surgical intervention. We do a number of in-office procedures including nail/skin procedures, injections, custom orthotics & bracing, regenerative medicine, joint aspirations, and more. Dr. Arya is surgically trained, has surgical experience and has been in practice for over a decade– so she is happy to review all treatment options including surgical & non-surgical and let you as the patient guide your care. If ultimately you want surgery and it is in your best interest, she will expedite a referral to a known colleague in the Valley for further surgical care.
